We understand that every stage of life brings its own challenges — from the emotional ups and downs of adolescence to the complex demands of adulthood — and we are here to provide compassionate, evidence-based support every step of the way.
About the Founder & CEO
My name is Sabrina Y. Byirt, LMSW, and I am the Founder and CEO of Balance & Growth Wellness LLC. I’m married with children, a dog of my own. With more than 15 years of experience in mental health and behavioral health services, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals, families, and communities overcome life’s challenges and achieve emotional wellness.
Throughout my professional journey, I have worked with diverse populations experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorders, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, and other mental health challenges. My passion for mental health stems from a deep belief that every person deserves compassionate support, access to quality care, and the opportunity to grow into the healthiest version of themselves.
At Balance & Growth Wellness LLC, my mission is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where clients can develop the skills necessary to navigate life’s obstacles, build resilience, and achieve lasting change. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and person-centered techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
As a mental health professional, entrepreneur, and advocate, I am committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health treatment while promoting healing, personal growth, and overall wellness. My goal is not only to help clients manage symptoms but also to empower them to discover their strengths, improve their relationships, and create meaningful, fulfilling lives.
